In last Saturday's newspaper, somebody responded to my recent letter to the editor.

Check out Leon Delveaux's "Clean-coal" comments. He is calling me a Luddite!! That is so cool. I always wanted to be a Luddite. They have a very proud tradition. Hundreds of years ago, as Europe was industrializing, the Luddites would sneak into the factories at night and vandalize and destroy the machinery. Industrialism was destroying their lifestyle and countryside. Their efforts were in vain. The industrial powers successfully insisted on laws that made their crimes punishable by death. I am so proud to be considered among them! Here's to the Luddites and here's to Leon for reminding me about them!
